Spring Break in Virginia!

Last week we embarked on a 7 hour car trip to Jill and Steve's place in Richmond, Virginia for Spring Break. As we drove south away from Cleveland it got warmer and warmer which made us very happy. The car ride went pretty fast, and as long as Dean had his bowl and spoon he was happy. We had such a blast at the Dixons! Andrew and Carter were so nice to Dean and loved making him laugh. Colby and Dean are too close in age to really get along. By the end of the week they would atleast play in the same room and not make eachother mad.
After their bath the boys loved jumping on the couch together in their diapers and hitting the windows. Carter joined in on the fun. We visited Maymont Park which has a petting zoo and small aquarium. It was a long, beautiful walk and really sunny outside. (We haven't seen the sun in Cleveland for about 4 months now!)
Our highlight of the week was visiting the Great Wolf Lodge. We stayed in a nice, new room and loved the waterpark. They had a surf ride, wave pool, lots of slides, and our favorite thriller ride "The Tornado". All that plus pizza and a midnight run to Sonic for milkshakes.
