Across 10 states and 4 time zones...

Well, we're here in Washington! I flew out of Cleveland with my mom and the boys last Monday, and Jonathan drove the truck with my dad and got here Thursday evening. We are now living with my parents and most of our stuff is in storage until Jonathan finds a job! It's been great here so far, the weather is beautiful and it's been fun seeing 3 of my sisters that live here. Dean has had so much fun here. Compared to our old apartment, this is like an amusement park to him. My mom has tons of toys in the backyard and a train table! His world is complete.
He took some time out from playing to help my mom do some gardening (not much help actually!)
Here is Jonathan putting the side-view mirror back on our car (for the 2nd time!) I have bad luck with that thing...
My mom is officially the queen of fun toys. Here is a roller coaster that the grandkids love.

I do have to say, I miss Cleveland!! We left at such a beautiful time of year that it was really hard to leave! I also miss my friends and I am planning a trip back soon! Here we all are in front of our Little Italy apartment:
A post with pictures of graduation will be coming soon!

Anyone in need of a dentist?

Well it's official: Jonathan passed boards!! We found out Monday night and had a great time celebrating at Dave and Buster's. He is now in the process of applying for a Washington State Dental License and then he can work! We are so proud of him and how hard he has worked over the past 4 years. Here he is with Chauncey, Bryce, and Jeremy. Back in the day all these guys sat by each other in the lab because their last names all begin with "W" and they called themselves "The Dominators." How cute.
Here are my cutie patooties in their mother's day outfits.
And here they are again in their matching pajamas.

Stetson and Dean were sharing their cowboy hats with Dawson. He actually didn't mind it too much!

End-of-Year Tradition

What a wild ride it has been! The day after we moved to Cleveland back in July 2005, we also helped the Whites and Arnows move in, and we all instantly became friends. Back then, the Whites were the only ones with a child, and the Arnows had one on the way. Now we each have 2 kids. Jonathan, Brandon, and Bryce spent so many hours studying together and we've had many BBQs over at the Arnow's. We also had a fun tradition of eating lunch at the Cheesecake Factory after each year was over. Here are the pictures from the past 4 years!
Do we look any older and more mature??

Dean was terrible at lunch (as usual!), but we still managed to have a great time.

To the Whites and Arnows: Thank you so much for helping us through the past 4 years! We've had a blast with you guys. Good luck in Utah and Arizona!

Last Trip to the Zoo!

Today Jonathan, Lacy, and I took our kiddies to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. This is probably the last time we'll visit this zoo for quite a while, boo hoo! This zoo absolutely rocks. It has so many different animals, and it has a rainforest with uncommon types of animals. For you Clevelanders, the Rainforest is half-price on Mondays, and totally worth it! This is where we spent most of our time today. This waterfall is right inside the doors to the Rainforest.
Lacy, words cannot express how much I will miss you!!

This monkey had her baby just one week ago! She was kind of hiding him at first near the back of the exhibit, but after we stood there for a while, she finally brought him right up to the glass to show him off to us. So cute!
Here is the daddy orangutan, Tamri. This zoo has the cutest orangutan family that has been here forever.
We saw some very interesting animals at the Rainforest, including anteaters, ROUS's (can't remember the name of the oversized rodent), and these weird-billed, flamingo-looking birds that followed us around.
Beautiful flowers at the Rainforest. Great pics Jonathan!

Squires Castle

So, I'm having a hard time moving my pictures around on this post, so they're not in the order I want them to be in. Oh well! A bunch of us girls took our kiddies to Squires Castle last weekend when the boys were taking their boards. The kids had a blast running around the huge grassy area and playing through the castle. Here are some of my girlfriends who I will miss so much! Kendra and Brittani, Jessie, Kim and Katie, and Rochelle.
I loved dressing the boys in their cute shorts and hats! We've only had a few days here in Cleveland this year that we've been able to wear shorts. I think only 3 days, actually. Pitiful, I know.
Here is the castle!
Do you even need an explanation for this cutie?

Kendra was very smart and brought toys, which the kids fought over of course, but they achieved a happy medium when Stetson pushed Dean around. I think my child got the good end of the deal!
Does anyone have any good ideas on getting two 2-year-olds to look at the camera at the same time?
I love him. Sometimes I think I don't, but I really do.
